Chris is the founder of Dominion Marine Corporate Services. An ACIB qualified trustee, Chris worked for the Williams & Glynns Trust Company (RBS) in London and Manchester and then Roy West Trust Corporation (Coutts) in the Cayman Islands before moving to the Isle of Man where he founded Dominion Marine in 1984. Chris has built up his knowledge of the yachting industry over thirty years to become one of the leading experts in the field and continues to play an active part in the business.

Simon has worked within the shipping and yacht management industry for 18 years, including extended periods in Eastern Europe, South Africa & The Philippines. More latterly, this has also included the full company set-up of two large yacht crew management companies in 2008 and 2012 respectively.
Simon is a qualified QMS Lead Auditor/Assessor and ISM Auditor and holds a Lloyds Maritime accredited Diploma in Crew Management and a Diploma in Superyacht Management.
Simon joined the Dominion Group in 2010 as Head of Dominion Crew Solutions to manage its crew employment and payroll services, which has since developed in to one of the market leaders in the industry. Now Director & Head of Yachting Services, he oversees & drives forward the business of Dominion Group's offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Malta and Monaco.
Catherine is one of the most experienced members of the Dominion Marine team having joined in 2000. During this time she has played a key role in driving the growth and development of the business.
Catherine oversees the team of administrators and the day to day operations of Dominion, and also has a presence on the board in her role as company secretary.
Catherine’s nearly two decades of experience with Dominion has given her extensive knowledge of the VAT and regulatory requirements for superyacht owners ensuring our clients receive universally exceptional service.
Tammy moved to the Channel Islands from Herefordshire in 1998, initially working in hotel management and then moving in to the offshore finance sector. She worked for Lombard Finance (CI) Limited as a motor and personal finance account executive, soon moving into Corporate and Marine Finance. In 2004 Tammy started working in the yachting industry, and worked for three corporate service providers in the Channel Islands before moving to the Isle of Man to join Dominion Marine in 2010 as a Senior Marine Administrator.
Tammy's role included managing a portfolio of high net worth clients including pleasure yachts, commercial yachts and leasing structures. Working closely with the directors and the compliance team her role has developed into managing and administering Dominion’s new business processes, producing proposals and dealing directly with new business enquiries.
Tammy holds a Diploma in Superyacht Operations.
Born in the Isle of Man, Rob graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2009 with a BA (Hons) in Business Management.
Rob joined Dominion Marine in 2013 as a Trainee Marine Administrator and in 2014 took on a Business Development role, based out of our office in Antibes. After assisting with the set up of our office in Monaco, Rob returned to the Isle of Man in December 2014 to continue his development with the company along with managing a portfolio of large superyachts. Rob is also currently studying towards a Diploma in Superyacht Management.
Rob attends many of the major yacht shows throughout the year.
