Dominion Marine has a robust and reliable Business Continuity Plan in place and we are positioned to ensure business continuity for our clients which will result in zero impact to client service.
As COVID-19 is unique, Dominion Marine has issued new guidance and protocols to all staff to keep them safe and maintain client service levels.
For several weeks we have been following advice from both the World Health Organisation ("WHO") and local governments and have implemented remote working protocols across our offices.
Our staff in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Malta and Monaco all have the necessary capabilities to enable them to effectively work remotely, with secure access to relevant internal programmes.
Last week, Dominion Group imposed a strict business travel ban for all staff, whether this be international or domestic travel within the UK. This continues to be reviewed regularly.
We are aware of all staff future personal travel plans and all staff are required to contact our Human Resources Department for further advice before returning to the office.
