Dominion Marine (Malta) Ltd opens its doors

Dominion Marine are delighted to announce the opening of its new office in Malta. The new office has been founded based on the constant progressive results the superyacht industry in Malta has demonstrated over recent years and the ever increasing demand for new business the company is seeing in relation to Malta yacht ownership structures and VAT planning. With this knowledge in mind, Dominion Marine (Malta) Ltd has united a team of industry experts to provide a reliable and complete service to its clients.

Simon Roberts, Director & Head of Yachting Services for the Group commented:

"The decision to expand our business in to Malta allows us to continue our planned strategic growth for the future.  The island has a very proactive government in place, a progressive ship registry and an excellent banking infrastructure, thus allowing our business to grow at speed, a very important aspect of our industry where timescales can be critical.  The culmination of these factors ensures that Malta is by far the jurisdiction of choice for superyacht ownership structures and by having an experienced team in place on the ground, it ensures we can provide a more personalised service to our clients".

The office is centrally located in Valletta and is managed by Dr. Francesca Galea, an international maritime lawyer with a wealth of experience in the Maltese yachting industry and Gina Hall who has significant corporate and administrative experience.

Dominion Marine Malta is excited to effectively contribute to the growth of the superyacht industry in Malta through the combined provision of professional services and practical experience offered by its team.

  • Due to the excellent working relationship we have with Dominion, our owner and his guests are always happy on-board...everything is based on their long standing support.
